A crucial factor to be considered when looking at off-site storage of documents is the level of security that the document storage provider can offer you.

Once stored in our facility, nothing can be accessed without your authorisation.  No unauthorised person can access your documents.  This can mean your documents are even more secure than in your own office.

24/7 Security

PDM’s  78,000 sq ft premises are monitored 24 hours a day 7 days a week to ensure your documents are safe and secure. 

Doors are locked at all times and have secured keypad entry systems and all areas are protected with recorded video surveillance.

Professional Security and Category P1 Fire Prevention Systems are in place with 24hour “Redcare” monitoring.

Stringent Staff Regulations

To ensure the safety of client data, all staff are screened, work history investigated and are required to abide by our stringent code of ethics. Additionally, each employee is required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement as part of their Condition of Employment.   PDM staff wear photo ID cards as a means of verification at all times.
