Deliveries

Requests for items for delivery can be made by phone, fax or e-mail.

  • MORNING DELIVERY
    Orders placed before 10am are delivered same day before 1pm.
  • AFTERNOON DELIVERY
    Orders place after 10am and before 2pm are delivered that same day before 5pm.
  • SPECIAL DELIVERY
    Orders for Special Delivery are usually actioned and delivered within 1 hour.
  • EMERGENCY DELIVERY
    Details on application.

Collection of Documents

PDM will complete any requested pick-up of documents within 24hours of placing your order.

When placing your order you may be asked to specify quantity and in some cases the sizes of the boxes for uplift.  This ensures that adequate labour and equipment will arrive to complete the task effectively.

When requested, we can adopt a more rigourous authorisation approval policy that protects your documents from disclosure to any unauthorised personnel.  Only authorised personnel within your company would have access to these documents and must provide signatures on each request.

Records worth keeping are worth keeping securely.  We offer a supply of high quality durable double-walled records storage boxes, which ensures protection of your files whilst in transit or in storage.

  • A4 Standard Bankers Box  (16¼” x 12¼” x 11”)
  • A3 Printout Box (18¼ x 15¼ x 11)
  • Tape Transit Case – various sizes available on request
