We can cater for all of your box storage needs, whether you are looking to store a single box, or a complete warehouse full.

Each and every box can have the following details logged:

• Client Code (4 digits)
• Box Number (up to 8 characters)
• Box Description (up to 30 characters)
• Location Code
• Date of Review
• Date of Receipt

And furthermore; status, date of last move and requestor.

Full Audit Trail

This maintains a full audit trail for the entire life of each individual box that we store for you.  Destruction or Review dates will ensure that boxes are retained for the optimum time.

Boxes can be delivered back as a whole, individually, or specific files from boxes.
